Visit one of our lockers located around the island, where most of them are accessible 24/7. This gives ease of use to all our customers to conveniently drop their dirty garments for cleaning any time of the day at the location that suits them best.

Find an empty locker and place items inside.

Access the Portughes client portal (app.portughes.com) on a smartphone. Create an account (if new) or sign in.

Create a new order in the app, specifying the locker number and listing the items. Secure the locker using a PIN provided by the app.

Confirm the order and expect a payment request after processing.
